Thank you for your willingness to volunteer to help with Choir Camp and Choir Camp Jr. 

All adults must have a current background check on file with the church. If you don't have one, we will contact you to get more information.

As a volunteer, you will only pay the cost for the t-shirts for your children that are participating ($15 each). Below, you will choose the payment for how many shirts (children) you are registering and pay through this form. If you are not registering children, please choose none.

You will still need to fill out a registration form for each child so we have all their information and sizes. In the cost area on their registration, please choose Volunteer.
